EXCITING NEWS! I've tweaked my basic seitan recipe and it is now more tender and extra delish! I simplified my spice blend and decided to add some overcooked red lentils for additional protein, flavor, and texture 😊 As always, made with @bobsredmill vital wheat gluten. .. Today I'm enjoying it in a classic summer sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, and spicy brown mustard!
