To call this food delicious would be an understatement. Last night we honored my beloved grandfather, Fred, by eating some of his favorite foods at a restaurant owned by his dear friend, Martin. It was fitting to do so now because the anniversary of his passing was a year ago last Wednesday. I miss my grandfather every single day.
