Weight loss journey
This past year has been a whirlwind. Suddenly, I found myself 100% mom and 0% me🥲 Motherhood is beautiful, but also incredibly demanding. Now, I’ve decided it’s time to take back the reins of my life and take care of myself because I deserve to be the best version of myself, and my guides have been asking me to wake up too🫡
After my pregnancy, I lost 20kg! But over the last few months, I'm sure I’ve gained at least 10kg back 🫠. And you know what’s worse? My Coca-Cola addiction is out of control (yes, I drink 1 or 2 liter per meal, seriously 😅). On top of that, my posture is a mess from those sleepless nights next to my little one, and all the times i slept in positions i never knew someone could.
But no more excuses! I’ve decided this will be my space to share my journey back to life. I’m going after my ideal weight, kicking the coca cola habit, improving my posture, and, as a bonus, organizing and painting my house (because a harmonious environment makes all the difference, right?). I’ll also follow a healthier meal plan and, of course, keep diving into the world of tarot (focusing on self growth, fun readings, and Future Spouse ones).
