I went off to college knowing nothing about rap, hip hop, or black culture. Living in a dormitory was the best and worst thing for me. I was introduced to lifestyles and music out of my zone, and I loved all of it. Didn’t go to class but that’s another story. Anyway, our cafeteria had TVs that played music videos and “Dangerous” was huge at the time. I fell in love with it, with Busta, and it made me want to go back and start learning about the genre, which I did. This album opened my eyes to hip hop, black culture, and it made me want to get out of my comfort zone even more!
