Where We Stood - Chapter 22

Yup, you guessed it. I’m still writing my epic (in both length and type of story) Harrisco tale. Things are getting real unpleasant for our spunky team, and Harry and Cisco are being put through the ringer. (Whump, angst, chaos, you name it.) For those that don’t know about this story, it’s a two-part series (so far), and it stars our favorite duo, Cisco Ramon and Harrison ‘Harry’ Wells, in a modern day AU about the power of choice, the strength of family, and the burden of fate. Oh, and... love. Definitely love. 

It started with Borrowed Forgiveness, and we’re now into Where We Stood. So if you love Harrisco as much as I do, and like dubious science, action, angst, mayhem, humor, sci-fi, vampires (yes, vampires), supernatural elements, and more, this series may just be what you’re looking for. 

It has been an absolute labor of love, and is a grand total of -does some quick math-  584,750 words right now. I’ve had the great and wonderful privilege of continuing to share this with you, and the absolute honor of having fanart made of it. (Seriously, I cried over that. I was extremely touched.) Did I mention it’s all kind of epic? If you like long reads, with plot and everything that goes with that, please-please-please give this series a try.

Chapter 26 Is Up!

So recently I got a new keyboard, and this thing sounds like a typewriter when I type. And... it's addictive. It's so motivating. The more I type, the more motivation I get. I wish I had gotten this thing five years ago, because holy crap. >.>

Aaaanyway, hi! Chapter 26 is up! We're in the thick of it now. Our favorite fam is dealing with a lot. And Harry and Cisco are experiencing a slew of changes. Big stuff is coming. Big, big stuff.

If you're wondering what this is, it's the second installment in the Harrisco Vampire AU series I've been writing for, eek gad, over three years now? (Holy crap, has it really been that long?!) It started with Borrowed Forgiveness, which is 41 chapters long and over 370,000 words. So if you like the long ones, and you love Harrisco, then it's definitely worth a shot! (Please, yes, maybe?) After Borrowed Forgiveness comes Where We Stood. And, I'm going to be totally honest with you, I think we're looking at this being a three-part series. Because there's just so much story to tell! Calling All Harrisco Fans

For those new to the term, Harrisco is the ship that keeps on giving: Cisco Ramon/Earth-2 Harrison ‘Harry’ Wells from CW’s The Flash. Even though it’s small and not as popular as other ships, for some of us... it holds a special place in our nerdtastic hearts. 

I write a lot for Harrisco. Like... a lot-a lot. >.> (Totally a technical term.)

One shots? Yes. 

Longer stories? Oh, heck yes.

This is a call for all Harrisco readers/writers/artists/casual fans/super nerds/going-down-with-this-ship shippers and everyone in between who enjoys our boys and their shenanigans.

I know our ship/fandom isn’t as active as it used to be. And I really just don’t want it to die. I’ve met some of the most amazing people because of this ship, and I still absolutely love writing about them. If my stories can make people smile, even in a small way, it makes me beyond happy.  So what is this story about, you ask? Well... Cisco and Harry, of course. But it’s got all the other good stuff in it, too. You’ll find heroes and villains, good versus evil, dubious science, vampires, action, adventure, humor, romance, all the plot, vampires... I said vampires, right? Because vampires. It’s modern day, with sci-fi. It’s drama and angst. It’s whump and love. It’s all the stuff that makes us love and hate characters. And I want to share it with you, and everyone else.
