I’ve only considered how Derek’s death would affect Meredith but… they have two kids (and were trying for a third? I know Meredith has fertility issues, but it’s possible she could be pregnant) and it’s so hard to imagine Zola losing her dad. And what about Amelia? Losing her big brother would likely send her back into substance abuse.
