My therapist who has known me for over 2 years didn’t diagnose me with depression because she believes my depression symptoms are symptomatic of my PTSD, etc. However a psychiatrist I recently saw diagnosed me with mild to moderate depression.

I’m going with my therapist’s explanation on that but I feel like it’s hard to tell what to make of those symptoms now.
