Enrico or Giuseppe?
I know that at least most people stuck around to see the end of the movie, to see this scene with Uncle Ugo and a small goat fish.
But I haven’t really seen anyone talk about it.
We are told that Luca had a fish that already ran away at the beginning, named Enrico. (”Off seeing the world... but he’s probably dead.”)
We also know however, that Giuseppe really wants to run away too, and perhaps he did, with Luca no longer around to look after him.
I’m sure there could be others, but I think these are the big two candidates.
So the question is, who do you think this fish is/would like it to be?
Mine’s Enrico, I think it would be nice to tie back in just for fun.
