i think the reason tau's pride gets as much questioning is cause randos cant stand to see a girlboss (dominate, aggressive, battle ready) and malewife (submissive, soft, risk adverse) relationship also they dont like that despite not being a fighter tau's lioness' still listen to him and hold him in high regard and want to make him feel happy and safe

It might be a mix of this and maybe people believing that all lion prides in works of fiction ( and hell even in real life sometimes) have to act exactly the same whether it's in my comic or any kind of other media.

The male lion being treated as the sole protector and head of the pride is treated as the usual, that to some...Tau is somehow dooming his pride because he doesn't like to fight or that the safety of the pride depends on him and him only. Which is also saying that they think the lionesses are just completely incapable of defending themselves somehow...

And I just don't even know where they got that idea????

And don't get me started on people having arguments on whether or not the lionesses even like Tau because he isn't an aggressive meathead....

Honestly it's just a mess.

give me nice sensible Suit Fabric in neutral colors on the front and absolute Dandy Perfection on the back with little, idk, fleur-de-lis or whatever. subtle paisley. a nice damask. SOMETHING.

if I thought I had the ability to learn clothing construction (doubtful!), that’s all I would make. just vests. nothing but vests. just nice suit vests that are business on the front, party on the back.
