okay here is the thing. i don’t want harlow to be hurt. but i need harlow to be brought back in because she’s crashing. because trin did a trigger point injection without talking to a senior resident again. and this time because frank is trying to repair the working relationship to a point where he can apologize he told her good job. and for both of their sakes and because i think it will make for a more interesting dynamic when frank does try to apologize if he was right in content if not in tone s1 and right in tone but not in content in s2. i also think trinity needs to have one of her many, many instances of recklessness—one that, 10 months ago, started off the tension between her and frank that culminated with her noticing he was in withdrawal and reporting him—end in consequences, because i think it will make her a better doctor in the long run.
