Was anyone there? Someone nearby? Little Hinata did not know. The child had been walking for hours, possibly all day, yes, the night was already coming and she was starting to feel the breeze around the woods, change into a colder one. The woods were starting too look bigger and intimidating, and at some point she run out of fear. 

Whatever shadows were out there, sounds, or presence, the petite didn’t know and her imagination went wild. In her fear the small child tripped and hurt her knees, placing a petite hand over one, Hinata understood then. There was pat that would take her back anymore.

Curling while embracing her knees, a few silent tears began to fall down her cheeks. Her once racing heart began to slow down and ache, it was some huge woods and no familiar face around, not like she was needed back there. After all, she had been repudiated, whatever that word meant anyway. 

Yet one day Hinata would know, until then, only questions haunted her, and loneliness began to embrace her in that dark forest.
