i think a lot of the older simblrs (like my age) just felt a little uncomfortable in the community because it did start to turn into highschool a bit??? like drama all over the place. not to mention that those horrible trouble making and drama stirring websites and tumblrs existed, and the 'bigger' simblrs got so much shit just for nothing at all. i think they just got tired of it? it definitely made me anxious at the time too, so i understand them leaving. that's why i took a break!
but ofc this is not from them, this is just my assumption. i miss them though, they were so cool ♥

amie is a lonely middle school teacher from oasis springs. she has lived there since she was 2 years old, but was actually born in sulani. her parents decided to move because of a bad family feud that made their life unbearable. their little girl is now 24 and would like to go back to find herself. a bad breakup left her confused and lost and she's felt like a different person for quite a long time now. she’d like to go back to her roots to hopefully feel like herself again. if she finds love there, she’d feel even more accomplished.
