Twigs in her hair like auntie Astrid but theyre also like antlers like twig! Feather from thunder bird. Yarn deer fox tail because we need more therian characters and there is literally no person more creature than hilda. Whiskers because that mouse episode was amazing. Glowy eyes cuz troll. Sorta pointy ears cus “she was a fairy” ✨✨🧚‍♀️ you cant see it but she has sploches and markings on her body sorta resembling the sun shadow of leaves in an ambiently lit forest forest. And short light fuzzy fur. Cuz shes the creature.

Personality whise… make her more creature. Shes already running around and restless for adventure. Like creature. Little gremlin needing enrichment. But dont let her stray too far from frida. Also speaking of frida. They should have a mental like thing! “Good thing your familliar can talk” bad thing that you wont communicate then! So let frida know her thoughts if only just vaguely, cuz hilda thinks very diferrently compared to normal people. Because shes not normal. She creature. Yes i wont stop, thatll never get old. Creature. She can understand and communicate woth other creatures. Shes gotta have instincts. And hightened senses. But otherwhise look relatively normal on the outside. Well as normal as hilda can look. Cuz shes a creature. I dont even have to come up with some of these cuz most are basically handed to me. She doesnt like bells cuz of when she was a troll. Make it deeper than that. It still hurts doesnt it? Cuz shes a creature! She can Already understand trolls. Agender, cuz gender dont matter in troll kingdome or fairy land i guess or in the woods when your being bartered away by wood man. Not in a traditional sense anyway. Cuz shes a creat- ok sorry sorry. On the span of her jurneys she becomes that which she seeked. She becomes her own kind of cryptid of the town (wich tbh she already was) shes not some creature. She is A creature. Her own creature. Like that nameless creature in the swamp. Who just WAS. So is she. And so is me. Yes im projecting. Byee ✌️

seeing the fanart (which is amazing btw!! people are so talented and skilled!!) of the pitt characters being close and acting like a family always makes me a little sad. Cause no matter how much i wish it, it isnt reality. these people arent really a team or a family. everytime theres a chance for bonding or deeper understanding it gets shut down. lets look at some of the senior residents.

Robby had a panic attack (? im not sure what to call it tbh) in s1 and sees mohan experience something similar as well this season. however instead of opening up about it, he shames her for it because he himself is ashamed for having that happen to him. in ep11 he says that as a doctor you need to separate home from work if you can't do that then you're not cut out to be a doctor, making her doubt herself. He couldve helped her through in a more healthy way but isnt capable of that (he also isnt able to do that in a healthy way for himself) so he pushes her away instead.

When langdons drug use came to light, Robby's trust was broken. He did offer a program, which langdon is in now and langdon did the work. He went to rehab and is trying to make amends but he is struggeling/has struggled. His wife almost divorced him, he almost lost his kids and no one from the ed kept in touch. On his first day back, hoping to win back some of trust, Robby tells him that he doesnt want langdon in his ed. Yes, langdon shouldnt have sprug the conversation on him but robby was clearly avoiding him and langdon really wanted to speak with him. In the moment where langdon needs help and community, robby doesnt have his back and pushes him away.

Mel who is struggling with her deposition and her changing relationship with her sister is taken aside by robby in ep 11 and gets asked by him if she has people to talk to. Mel hesitantly starts to admit there isnt but robby gets distracted by mckays reappearance before he can really hear her answer. I wish he had taken more time to listen to her cause mel now fades into the background even though shes needs help.

All 3 of them struggle alone. Everytime they open up or ask for help they are pushed away and that's not a team or a family. i dont wanna blame robby too hard cause it seems to me that he is really pushing his unhealthy mindset on the others but that doesnt mean that the situation doesnt suck. it does.

apologies for the out of character post and all, but may i just complain about the amount of fanart that makes the sleuths hot anime twinks with hair? it drives me crazy every time. we all know they wouldn't look like that. they're more beautiful when they're chopped and ugly, especially my man pickle inspector. their strangeness gives them character.
