Look... I get it! A heap of people hate Whincest but a lot of people like it too..... I know a lot of fans are crazy, idiotic and hate on anything else but that isn't all fans! My OTP is Whincest and my beatfriends is Deanstiel!! Can't we all just get along in peace and accept that everyone has different preferences? Season 10 is coming out soon and to support the stars we should just get along! X

I do not appreciate my best friend feeling like she can't post about something. So if she feels the need to talk about something related to a ship she likes or a ship she doesn't like then LET HER DO IT.
I voice my opinion about all kinds of things. i'm all for gay rights, I don't like Orange is the New Black or Supernatural and so on. I voice shit about that all the time. And yeah, i give my best friend a little crap for shipping destiel or even for liking supernatural, BUT I AM ALLOWED TO SHE IS MY BEST FRIEND AND I'M NOT MEAN ABOUT IT. It doesn't matter what you ship be it destiel, or whinecest. Just don't be mean to each other.
Not that I mind listening to my best friend rant about the fandom and it's craziness, but for real. Opinions are okay to have. But jumping down someone's throat is NOT OKAY.
What about wincest porn as well? They've beaten each other up as well and people romanticize that.
I'm not a goddamn wincest shipper and I only reblog tidbits of fluff fan art of wincest because I don't mind it. Do you see wincest porn on my blog? Fuck no. I blacklist wincest porn too so stop assuming shit and begging to know about triggers because if it's a goddamn trigger then it'll trigger someone.
It's not just the Cockles/Destiel things, sometimes its the Padackles/Wincest thing too.
Not to bash you guys, but the intensity of twisted logic can be found amongst other subfandoms than Destiel.
I remember when a fan actually harassed Jim Beaver via Twitter, saying that HE, JB, the man that is a CLOSE, PERSONAL FRIEND to J2 could not POSSIBLY know what their sexualities were.
And then we have the intensely illogical aspects of the Cockles/Destiel rants, where they act like the writers, the people responsible for CREATING THE FUCKING SCRIPTS, could not POSSIBLY know the sexualities of the characters they write about.
You just KNOW that a majority of these ranters have to be teenagers because (typically) this is the kind of thing that teenagers do: Act like they're smarter than everyone else, INCLUDING adults with WAY more experience in life than them.
Not trying to be a bitch or anything, it's just that I get so baffled with this fandom sometimes.
It makes me so happy to know that not ALL shippers are like this, some are actually VERY sensibly-minded and thoughtful <3
But the crazies can ruin your whole day with ONE DAMN POST......(sometimes)
Alright I've thought about it and I've decided to do an anti-shippers blog, a blog where you can submit opinions (anon or not) about certain ships, why you hate them, why you think they're unnecessary, etc.
Or you can simply submit your opinion on why you don't like shipping in general.
I feel like non-shippers are such a minority on Tumblr and they need a place to vent, and it'll also be a good place to vent if you have issues with certain ships.
I feel that the best thing about Tumblr is that you can get certain things off your chest and not feel like shit for wanting to do so. I know Tumblr has had it's moments of hypocrisy in that department but for the most part this has always been my favorite place to let my fangirl freak-flag fly and rant to my heart's content.
The thing is, the MOST IMPORTANT thing about this blog, is that it's a submission-only kind of blog, I'll refrain from posting anything personal because I don't want to get caught up in any sort of crossfire between fandoms. I'm hoping it'll just be a place of neutrality.
What do you guys think?
(I understand that there are most likely blogs like this that already exist but this is something I need to do for myself as well as others)
