well kids today i was going to study for an exam, do my last homework assignment (both for “bioengineering kinetics”), write a final draft of my grant proposal for my other bio class, and revise my final poetry portfolio

instead i took a two hour nap, only “finished” the homework in the loosest sent of the word, have not studied, and did not get anything else done except laundry, and i spent so long sitting still as an anxious frozen fear statue that i became convinced that my cardiac valves had atrophied

the one thing i can say in my defense is that i didn’t finalize the grant proposal because the 1. TA and 2. prof who were supposed to comment on it for me yesterday returned it to me 1. today at 11:40pm and 2. never

this is my last week of undergrad and i am squeezing in more assignments than i maybe ever have for all of college
