Thanks to the good folks over at @cascadestreetdistillery I Was lucky enough to encounter this Oregon bourbon today! I was not disappointed Color - golden amber Nose - Caramel, toffee, almond, anise, hay & wood Palate - smooth, sweet, touch of nuttiness and buttery oak, spicier clove like oak notes developed toward the backend Finish - short lived lingering spicy oak zest on the tongue Overall - Young but smooth and well balance, not overly complex but has enough there to keep one compelled. Great sippability and a bargain at the price!
