Enjoy the rich flavors of red velvet cake with the smoothness of white chocolate icing on these rich brownies. Great for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 box red velvet cake mix. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased. Mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and red velvet cake mix together in a large bowl until everything is well mixed. Use your hands to mix in half of the white chocolate chips. Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool all the way down. Warm the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just starts to boil. Take it off the heat and add the rest of the white chocolate chips. Wait a minute or two, then whisk it until it's smooth. It will be smooth and shiny when the powdered sugar is mixed in. Spread the icing out evenly over the brownies that have been let to cool. Before cutting and serving, let the icing set.
