Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate. 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A square 8-inch baking pan should be greased and floured. Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix until the mixture is smooth. Add crushed peppermint candies and chopped dark chocolate. Place the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with wet crumbs still on it. Let the brownies cool in the pan for a while before cutting them into squares.
