The White Hall Express is now open! 🎉🎊 Located at 118 Tygart Valley Mall (between the White Hall Town Hall building and Tygart Valley Cinemas), the White Hall Express offers on the spot check outs for items like bestsellers, video games, DVDs, and Large Print.
