Could your OC know Noriko by reputation?: The answer is...sure, probably, if your OC reads magazines/newspapers/general publications! Noriko writes for multiple publications, so she’s pretty well-known in her field-- and she’s also a popular online blogger, who talks about a multitude of things, so even if they don’t know her articles, per se, they might know her from her numerous online accounts!

Also, if they don’t know her from either of those...she was interviewed on a talk show just before she entered Hope’s Peak! Said talk show is named “M☆M☆E”, and is hosted by one Momoe Atsugawa! Even if your OC, say, only flicks to it occasionally when there’s nothing on, they might have a vague memory of a girl with hot pink hair in two hair buns, who talks in a sugar-pink drawl and drops petnames every fifty seconds.

At Hope’s Peak Academy?: Noriko is a pest, and probably bugged your character at some point. If there was any kind of newspaper/magazine team at HPA, then she definitely joined it, so if your character would be into that kind of thing, she’d definitely be there as well. Noriko is a lively extrovert, so she’d try to either flirt or compliment or hand out fashion tips to just about anyone and everyone! As well as that, she’d be very excited to be at Hope’s Peak Academy, given that it’s full of the best of the best, the rich and famous and influential, and, well. Noriko is a professional celebrity gossip columnist, so while she mightn’t go around writing much, she’d still be very...interested, and whatnot.
