Omg I think I figured out the Doctor's name

There's a leitmotif that plays when the Doctor is regenerating, and it also plays when River tells the Doctor his name in Silence of the Library.

I think that leitmotif is his name.

That sound, the one that sounds like hope and fresh life and new beginnings, that's the Doctor's name.

Tell me I'm wrong.

Joining the Whodom!

Looks like I'm finally going to become a Whovian.  Eccleston was brilliant and I love Rose.  I marathoned S1 and am on the Christmas Special.  I was actually on S2 of The X-Files, but then I saw that On Demand had all the new seasons of DW.  So, I watched one and got hooked, plus it was super late and I couldn't sleep.  Not sure how I feel about the whole new Doctor thing, now that I'm actually watching it.  I understand your investment in a Doctor now, and Eccleston only had one season.  I love the whole BBC thing of 13 episodes, which makes it possible to do a season in a day.  X-Files has 24 episodes in most seasons, and each is an hour long.

Guys im borrowing my grandpas ipad because my computers died and i just about had a heart attack because suddenly the sound of the tardis materilizing started going off. Its my grandpas email alert (hes like 60 btw) i got so disappointed.

I've never watched Dr. Who.

But a friend of mine keeps trying to pursuade me that its the best thing since sliced pizza, so I told him I'd check it out.

Here's my problem:this show is over 50 years old. that's a lot of catching up!
