I currently work at Gamestop. I had this Lady come in trying to trade in 2 3ds systems. One didn't turn on and other was this one. She was deeply upset that she was only getting $12 for both systems instead of the $40 that showed on the website.

I had to explain to this lady what the word defective meant and why they were both marked down for the next 30 minutes. She was still upset, but eventually left with the $12.

I don't know what she was expecting to get tbh...
