Day 95/365 who do I love....kids and my camera Bob . We are doing a photo hunt and I gave then something specific they gotta take pics of. Today's photo hunt was pictures so I decided to join in and take the pic. . So far today I went to work, took some trash to the dump, and deep cleaned my kitchen. Sometimes I.

i can’t even lie, reality says so. i chased a fantasy, w close eyes and got surprised when i hit a steel post. i knew what i wanted but not how to keep it. when you sit around and daydream about life you only see the joy no trials no tribulations. had you foreseen that even behind beauty lies something. minor or major what ever it may be. you must know for certain that what you chase is a war and you are ready. battle stance, w equipment that’s way to heavy. i never fight, but i sure know when to take flight. then land again as if everything’s alright. i no fool, yet i know freedom was never further than the embrace of your arms. at peace my soul rest when it laid next to a body that’s sure. no sleep, when her heart & body began this war. treacherous lands i have overcome, headstrong decisions i have made, a heart still yet mending from your loves loose strings. what i want from you…I have no idea. but laughs and giggles and your body near. not for the gentle caressing of my fingers yet they cry, just for my minds sake. yeah a piece of ‘mind’. i breathe easy and light when you’re insight. when sht gets blurry imm drowning despite…the smile on my face, and positive renditions, deep down inside too many parts gone missing. the lows get easier, specially when Mary picks up the pieces. then we go up up & away to a land only me, pain, and the moon know. on the edge of your crescent i sit and i listen. against the dark background of night the stars soft glow don’t miss the glisten. escaped tears. prisoner, til arisen.

Heart Chakra

I volunteered to participate in an energy experiment in my stress & stress management class today. My professor had me lay on the floor in front of the class, she took keys with a lanyard attached to them and held it above my heart (heart chakra). She proceeded to ask me questions and we watched my body energy move the keys. When I first laid down, the keys were slowly moving clockwise, she then asked me to think about someone I love and the keys started to spin even faster in the clockwise direction. She then asked me to think about a time my heart was so broken and suddenly I started crying & felt the energy in my body turn sour, the keys stopped swinging immediately and started to spin the opposite direction.
