Snacked on mango slices. They’re delicious - sweet, chewy fruit slices.
And Almonds & Cashews (handful)
And Almond butter (2 scoops)
I definitely don’t feel any extra energy. Situational maybe - down about cat missing, crampy/period. Not an ideal time for any of that to be going on but it is and I’ll have to let it pass. Could be feeling nothing since I’ve been snacking and feeding the sugar dragon (with compliant foods of course). Or a combination of all of that.
