WHOLE30 : DAY 26
Friday the 13th. April 2018.
Got off work early and have been snacking all day. Eating my way through sadness, eating my feelings. One of the outdoor kitties is missing. Haven’t seen her in 4 days and I’m so worried about her. Can’t stop wondering - Is she dead? Injured somewhere? Catnapped? Ugh. She’s never been gone this long. Now it’s pouring down rain, severe thunderstorms, tornado warnings. 😢😭😔 I hope she’s on vacation and returns soon.
I was DYING to eat some chocolate and/or a cookie. So bad. Even after I had an RX BAR, cashews & almonds, plus meals! Had a basic lunch, was at work, tuna and larabar. Almost gave in but made almond pancakes instead. 😳
Compliant at least. But kinda thinking a KNOWFOODS cookie would’ve been healthier, less calories (but has sugar, allulose). Oh well.
