Whose that Lady? - Minori and Venti

Amanda had been really busy with the farm recently, which only encouraged Minori to work harder. The brunette had been putting in extra hours whenever she could, and she was more than happy to do it.  Despite the hard work and the summer heat, Minori was in higher spirits than ever.  She knew if she kept this up, she’d have her own farm in no time at all! Or at least that;s what she kept telling herself. She couldn’t let Amanda and Raguna have all the fun now, could she?

Wiping the sweat from her brow, Minori paused in her brushing down of one of the horses and stretched herself out, wondering how her friend was doing. She decided to take a quick glance around and see if she could spot the pigtailed girl, but to her surprise, it wasn’t Amanda who she saw out in the field with her. There was an unfamiliar head of silver hair not far away, playing with some of the animals, or so it appeared.

Giving the horse she was tending to a hearty pat on the back, Minori set aside her brushes and strode over to the stranger with a look of confusion plain on her face.

“Hey there.” She called out, an uncertain look to her face. Had Amanda hired a new employee and not told her? That seemed unlikely, but with how busy things had been... It was definitely possible. “I’m Minori. Are you a friend of Amanda’s?”
