i physically nEED to draw anna's shep but my tablet's not working? why

photoshop laggin its ass off is one thing, but is there a reason my tablet driver is never running? amd i mean never, im not over exaggerating here: if i were to uninstall the drivers, reinstall them, and then turn off my laptop and come back to it later, the drivers wouldn't work

i really do think it's something up with my actual tablet because it literally isn't even sensing when i flip the pen over so?????????????
