Workout 1 was 5x5 A; this consisted of squats, bench, and bent over row. I pushed the squat weight up to 55, bench to 60, and bent over row to 70! Workout 2 was a lot of cardio, triceps, calves, and chest. It was roughly 23k weight pushed total and joyously pushed my lifetime weight to over a whopping 2 million 😜 - Crazy, I know. After the previous year, seeing that just encouraged me to keep cruising with my journey of iron and sweat.
