Thinking about going to an outdoor survival school. Some of the qualifications for a woman my age to attend are having excellent health with the ability to run 1.5 miles in 13:00-14:30 minutes. I did it in 12:43. I think that is exceptional. #bossready #getfitandgo #whyiguide #workhardplayhard
