So it is @whyimmathere ‘s birthday today and a while ago she requested some Molliarty Fluff, so here you go, Darling. It is not my best, but I still hope you like it! Oh, and once more: Happy Birthday! <3
It is all she has ever dreamed of: a lowly cottage with a thatched roof. In the front yard, all kinds of flowers are blooming, beautifying the gravel pathway towards the wooden front door, which is painted in a light yellow.
Molly can't contain her feelings any longer. With a bright smile playing around her lips, she says: "I love it."
"I am glad," he whispers and hugs her from behind - gently resting his hands on her swollen tummy.
He leans closer to press a chaste kiss to her cheek. "You know, I had to get rid of the rather lovely couple that lived here before because they simply did not want to sell their home, so better be worth it, Molly Hooper."
She gasps and frees herself from his tight embrace. "Jimmy, don't you dare!"
He smiles and places a reassuring kiss on her forehead. "No worries, darling, those days are over -"
"-for now," they both add simultaneously.
"Molly Hooper, how dare you think of me that way!" Jim says playfully offended.
She giggles while leaning forward to press a kiss to lips.
"Molly, being with you is like having won the lottery. Come on, let's see if the interior designers did a decent job." He picks her off her feet, placing one arm around her back and the other around the bend in her knees.
"Let's go," he says and starts his way towards the front door.
"Jim!" Molly exclaims, "You are going to hurt your back. Let me down immediately!"
He only smiles and keeps walking. "I am never going to let go of you again."
