the wiab is an offshoot of the ic. it was a website for traders that was born bc some people didn't like trading on YouTube cause it wasn't deemed safe. in fact, their goal was to create a safe space for traders so that the commoners couldn't have easy access to the unreleased songs.
they even had a form that you could copy past into an email to send to like Sony and Big Machine if you saw a leak 💀 that was weird af. they also had, idk how to call it, sort of a fact checker section, so if you had a song or a demo that you didn't know was real, you could send it to them so they could check. of course, if they didn't have it, they could keep it 💀
some of the people I remember were Maria (the founder), Mitchell and Janet (?). the forum died down in 2013/2014. it wasn't easy to access btw, the mods had to approve you first.
