Obsessed with how Tyranny is played because by all means, she does not need to be nice to Wick. Everyone else calls him out for being an idiot and she could easily join in, she does not need to defend him, but she ALWAYS does. And it's so funny because you could argue she does it because of her contract/role- but let's be honest, she had no problem riling him up before. She would be in perfect company to bully this guy, but she just doesn't let other people be mean to him. That's HER little idiot

Wick’s story compels me so much because his innocence and sheltered upbringing is not half the gift that it seems to be. He was raised with a silver spoon in one hand, a book of scripture in the other, and a veil pulled over his eyes. Every single person he has ever trusted ensured he lived and breathed a religion they all knew was a lie. They let him waste his whole life, depriving himself of every worldly pleasure and devoting his entire existence to a false creed that they convinced him was real, while also mocking and resenting him for not knowing the truth. And then he does find out the truth, and he chooses to recklessly leave his family because he wants to do actual good. He risks it all only to find out the outside world hates him, too. Wick is too kind a man to stay a Halovar, but he’s too much of a Halovar to be greeted kindly

Naming your child Wick when you're in a cult worshipping the Light seems so sweet because obviously he's meant to carry that Light within him, he's a true believer, a perfect conduit-- except the moment he got too close to truth of his faith, it's revealed to be a flame that will destroy him
