Picked up Persona 3 Portable again to continue the playthrough that I started last month. I still plan on also playing P3R afterwards, but the more I think about all these releases the more I am already feeling the fatigue set in. After spending 100+ hours on a game I usually don't replay them immediately and all that. So when I tried to decide which version of Persona 3 to play I'd quickly find myself rather conflicted due to the many voices trying to tell you 'how to experience it the correct way".
And after so much research into the topic - and too many thoughts about simply dropping P3 entirely - I ended up playing the game deliberately the wrong way: I started with FeMC. :) My thoughts on the matter as well as some thoughts regarding the semi-recent reveal of Persona 6 were noted in a quick blog post on the site.
