I just wanted to let you guys know that nautilus shell headdress orders are closed indefinitely until I can perfect a resin version of these naturally beautiful shells (stripes and all). The nautilus is now a threatened species and therefore it is illegal to harvest and sell them in the U.S and ethically irresponsible to purchase them. 🙅🏼♀️I made this headdress two years ago before the nautilus shell embargo and the majority of the shell headdresses you’ve seen recently were made with shells that were also purchased before the embargo.
