Thought it would be cool to do as many examples of different kinds of kissing with my OCs as possible, so starting off the bunch have the ever amorous Lucy. Top to bottom we have:

Final drawings for @teenheroesunited February Art Prompt! Really happy how Chrissy came out tbh :D Paige was another who lacked people to subject her kissus to, so she got pet kissus instead <3 Which, lbr, she gets those more often than any other kind of kiss anyway so pfft.

OC Questions! Shaw: 35. How do they treat the things their friends come to them excited about? Are they supportive? YOU, on Nikki: B, C, E

35. How do they treat the things their friends come to themexcited about? Are they supportive?

Shaw usually reacts with a “drink for the occasion” forsomething his friends are excited about and will celebrate with them! He can beskeptical though, and will lay it on them with how he really feels if it’ssomething really, really… ill-advised? He’s done something stupid a time or twobefore, he knows.

B) What inspired you to create them?

Getting on dA when I was a wee one and seeing all of thesecool Teen Titans ocs! Graaaanted Nikki started out as a brunette Terraknock-off with green glowing hands in my school notebooks before I officiallyjoined (and didn’t get much better than from there) . She’s undergone a majorrewrite, and the most recent inspiration came from a 2008 movie called “FightNight” which—from research shows that the title has been changed to “Rigged”.  

C) Did you have trouble figuring out where they fit in their ownstory?

Yeeeah, especially early on. I depended on a lot of canoncharacters (as in having her be related to some of the canon characters) to fither in the Teen Titans universe, not really having an all too original storyfor her.  Once I started reworking herstory and took out those canon character relationships, I felt I had more…freedom?Which is weird because I’ve always had the freedom to do what I wanted withher!

E) Are they someone you would get along with?Would they get along with you?

I could get along with Nikki! With how outgoing she is, Nikkiis so easy to talk to and hang out with, which would be so nice forconversation illiterate ol’ me. Would be kind of intimidated by her though, andhave a slight crush on her at the same time? She’d get along with me just fine,except she would try and get me out of the house more, which is something I canuse tbh.

34.  How hard is it for them to shake a sense ofguilt? 

Before being kidnapped, she would experience it on “normal “ethicalterms, and found it somewhat easy to cope with, depending on what had happenedor what she had done.  After the event, shakingguilt became a lot harder. It was one of main tools that Harold used tomanipulate her (Ex: Early on, if Nikki tried to ask someone for help or triedalert the police, it would backfire with Harold fatally injuring said personsand making sure Nikki knew that it was her fault that he did it; on top ofother instances.)  It does/did take sometherapy to help reframe her mindset in the aftermath of it all. She doesn’thandle it quite the same way, but she’s able to manage it better.

36. Do they actively seek romance, or do they wait for it tofall into their lap? 

Nikki doesn’t actively seek out romance (…contrary to whatevidence may show? Hehehe).  You won’tsee her hitting up a club or on tinder to find someone to love, so on. She’sgot bigger fish to fry. But if she’ vibing with someone, she’ll be more likelyto act on it if she feels she’s being reciprocated.

 How do they cope with confusion (seek clarification,pretend they understand, etc)?

Nikki isn’t embarrassed to ask for clarification, or tellwho ever it is that she straight up does not understand, and to explain itagain. She has always been like this, especially in the class room growing up.But, due to past experiences on top of that it’s increased tenfold.  Especially when on a mission; she doesn’t likerunning in completely blind. If she can’t get clarification, however, she willwing it.

 Why do they get up in the morning? 

I feel like Nikki is just constantly motivated, even if it’sone of the smallest things to get her up.  Of course, working with a team heroes is a bigpart of why she gets up in the morning (or whenever she’s called to duty. Crimenever sleeps, amirite?) Outside of that, it would be to take care of herbearded dragon, Barlow and to get better at something new; she’s always tryingto train in new ways. And to check in on those closest to her.

 Whatis their preferred mode of transportation? 

Nikki is usually on her feet, which are pretty reliable. Butfeet can only get a girl so far! Nikki loves a good set of wheels, but sheisn’t driving a car or riding a motorcycle, she likes roller blades as a way toget around if she gets a chance to chill in civilian mode. Imagine gettingkicked in the head with one of those, though.
