Getting Wiggy with it*

Wigs are on our minds (figuratively and literally) at the moment at The Mill. Having been given an incredible insight into the world of wigs from Game of Thrones we thought it only right to talk about Wig Training for Film & TV, for any of those as inspired as us by that previous video.

The Wig Room is a relatively new academy but its Founder VINCENZA MIELE is certainly not a newbie when it comes to all things Wigs. With 30 years of experience Vincenza aims to equip her students with the best training in hair & wigs to set them up for a successful and sustainable career in Film, TV, Theatre or wherever the wonder of wigs takes them.

We at The Mill were lucky enough to spend a few days on set with Vincenza on ITV’s ‘Harlots’ where we saw stunning sky high hair dos and beautiful bouffants. 

With a 12 week course packed with Period Hair Styling, Wig Application and so much more you are spoilt with skills that will never leave you. You can also book 1-1 sessions if you’d just like to refresh your knowledge.
