The Radio Demon, who had previously been just minding his own business and was admittedly a bit lost in his own thoughts, stiffened up in reaction to the fact he found his legs being wrapped up in the arms of another. But one glance down revealed little Luz herself!

“ Ah! Hello there little miss! It would seem you’ve gotten the drop on me! ” Alastor’s normal smile was actually quite genuine upon seeing the other. They were growing close and he felt comfortable enough to accept she’d touch him, enjoy it sometimes, and enjoy the time he spends with her.

Either way, Al would reach a hand down and give the smaller and younger human a few pats on the of her head.

“But I don’t have that luxury. I have to be perfect all the time, no matter what. My family would never let me hear the end of it if I was ever anything less.”

“ I’m sorry but— “ She touches the side of his face and smiled. “ I just can’t help myself. I’m a cat lover! ”

     He immediately pulled away, startled by the sudden physical contact & scrunching up his nose at it being by a complete stranger.

     “Yeah, well I ain’t your pet,” he replied sharply. “Keep your hands to yourself.”

“Ugh, you again...” The girl stared at Luz with a very unamused expression. Her default expression when she was dealing with the human, actually. Was she capable of making any other expressions? Important questions.

“What do you want? Here to talk about owls or something? I assume that’s all you do at that house.”
