Rise of the Chupacabras (2005) 

Another one of those amazingly misleading Wild Eye Releasing covers. They make normies soooo angry online but for true b movie collectors they are beautiful and hilarious of how unlike the film the film they are. This home made feature about a girl kidnapped and held for ransom some how connects to a hilarious commodore 64 graphics Chupacabra. The creature is barely in the film so you often forget that's what it is about and when it has a twist at the end you forgot what it was referencing (or well at least I did) that you laugh out loud at the final beat of the film where I am sure you were not supposed to laugh. This is the kinda garbage I love. Its straight faced and serious and I am sure half the actors did not even know it had anything to do with a Chupacabra. There is a priest in here who isn't that bad an actor and thus makes all the other extras seem like they are acting that they are acting(you know what I mean?) . Anyways it slow grinds you into following the kidnaping plot and they reminds you with little warning about the monster so you forget how silly looking this monster is (now I really need to see that cgi movie Dominator.. anyways where was I?) so when the monster does show you you (ok maybe just me) will stand up and clap and laugh at its return.  Oh shit its 6 am again. Am I on drugs? Is this real life? I saw a book for sale online also called Rise of the Chupacabras. Its cover its absolutely amazing. So it must be great right? .... Right? Imma buy it.
