昨日のことになってしまったけれど、

糸島のゲストハウス、いとよりで開催された朝ヨガの会に。

写真はヨガを終えたあと、朝摘みのプリプリの野草で淹れて貰った野草茶。

 静かな空間で自分の身体や呼吸と向き合う時間は、

それだけでもとても心地が良いのだけど、

終わった後のお茶の時間で交わされる何気ない会話。 

運営されているお二方や集まったメンバーの言葉の中に

拾い上げたいヒントのようなものがある気がして、

終わった後も頭の片隅でぽうっと考えてしまう。

そんな時間もまたお土産のようで楽しいのでした。 

先々週から浮腫みが酷く眠れない日が続いてたのですが、

ようやくグッスリ眠れました🙂
