“I hate how people rag on ‘Wild Grinders’ just because they think it’s some kind of re·vamped rip off of 'Rocket Power’ without even watching it. Then they start saying how much better Rocket Power is because it came from the 90s or as people claim: 'The Golden Age of Nickelodeon’ Let’s face it, 'Rocket Power’ is never coming back except, in re-runs. The 90s are over. Stop trying to revive the past, it won’t happen and Nick’s just catering to a new generation. The humor and references we grew up with, might not appeal nor are they relevant to their current viewers. While 'Wild Grinders’ has some similar aspects to 'Rocket Power’, like all the skateboarding they do,if anyone took the time to watch the show they’d see that they’re quite different. Personally, I think both shows are great (and I even grew up in the Rocket Power era). While I respect other people’s opinions, I wish they could at least try to watch an episode before making assumptions about it or officially saying they hate it.“
