     it wasn’t a surprise to take note on how the woman before him was unused to the frigid weather that took over ionia in these times, the wind held bite and the touch of snow that blanketed the ground was sharp under feet. so when she had found herself shivering and remaining close to the male for warmth, it didn’t take long for him to shrug off his own coat to place around her shoulders. ( only for a moment. ) he thinks to himself before jhin then speaks.

 ‘   despite getting you proper clothing for the winter, i’m sure it’s still going to take some getting used to, hm ?   ‘

     the way she gripped at his coat and tugged it closer to her person was enough to make him hum, an amused smile playing upon tanned features as he tucked a hand into his pocket, the warmth that had veiled the male was slowly disappearing. giving in to the icy winds, his voice soon slipping out once again. 

 ‘   i did tell you to take the coat i’ve had made for you, you know.   ‘

     there’s a chuckle leaving him before he gently plants a kiss to the top of her head. moving his hands to help her into wearing it properly, once he buttons his coat up on her, there’s a soft flicker of emotion from him. but it’s gone soon enough before he mutters.

‘   but i suppose you’ll have to do with mine. keep it safe, now.   ‘
