Throwback. Ran the Oceanside Turkey Trot and loved it. The family slept in and I slipped under the electric gate since I didn’t know how to open it lol. I was deep in the midst of the wrong relationship but loving raw food and a green juice to celebrate! I do love to move my body and make walking and stretching incorporated all throughout my day and mini speed intervals for youthing and mood enhancement. I’m so ready though for a challenge! Anyone else? Haven’t fully gotten back into strength training and speed intervals or running and am so excited about the upcoming reset. I feel it this Age of Aquarius. It’s uncanny though how@raw foodies can outswim and outrun those half our age generally speaking. I don’t think people really realize how old I am but that’s ok. Grab your dream and run with it. Morning prayers and listening. Deer and crow medicine. Love prevails. So let Love in. My willingness to break away from corporate world has increased. I realize more and more that the freedom to conduct my own business and grow my own food and let nature’s wisdom and wild bounty improve my vitality all are freedoms and rights as a being on this planet along with clean water, air and access to clean food as well as to grow it and harvest the seeds for the following year. Better yet begin to harness the wild plant power that no amount of fear and toxic insecticides can eradicate and are still thriving. I became aware of Katrina Blair of Durango Colorado Turtle Lake Refuge through Markus and Cara “The Healthy Life” channel and Dara also visited and it is on her YouTube as well. I bought her look because I first began gatheringnwild frena for salad in my teens before I even graduated high school in Southern California. I knew about and had met also briefly met Ann Wigmore and knew about her incredible work in reversing modern ills and premature aging with grasses and morning foraging of plants.
