❄ Compulsory || WILL ❄
An introductory could only be put off for so long and, unfortunately, there was no use in turning her back on what needed to be done any longer. It was still early in the day and despite having many opportunities that could have delayed her arrival to her new home the prior queen had ignored them all in favor of meeting her spouse. This unwanted situation left a sinking feeling in her chest but there was truly no point in fighting against it. She had no home to return to and bringing her sister to the safest area seemed to be the only option she had regardless of the consequences that would follow. At this point in time Elsa could only hope that whoever she had been paired off with would be someone gentle and understanding of her constant hesitance and distance.
Upon arriving at the front door of her new home, the young woman took a moment to quietly admire the building. It was nothing like the castle in Arendelle but it was small and quaint and something she would certainly be able to grow comfortable with in time. It wasn't the house that scared her but the person residing within it that sent a shiver up her spine as her trembling hand hovered over the doorknob.
"Conceal, Don't feel..."
That particular mantra slipped its way back into her vocabulary with ease despite her swearing to never use it again after the events that had unfolded back home with her sister. But there were enough problems at hand and setting off an eternal winter here was the last thing anyone needed so if repeating the statement in her head would calm her enough to open the door, then so be it.
Luckily, it had been unlocked and the knob clicked with ease-- little strength being needed to push the door open and peek in with curiosity. It seemed her spouse had been awaiting her arrival. However, the stranger didn't seem to be in the same room as she. A few small steps were taken forward before the blonde finally decided to lightly raise her voice.
"Pardon me, but..."
"Is there anyone here?"
