nah you know what pisses me off about the byler queerbait that I haven't seen anyone talk about. when the duffers said in that one interview after volume 2 that they chose to go the self acceptance route with will instead of byler because "well shipping culture is a new thing it didn't exist when we were kids. in life you have unrequited crushes and it all works out in the end eventually.
