My Gacha versions of the Cipher siblings.

In my personal headcanon, Kill is the oldest sibling, Will and Bill being twins (Bill being the older twin). They have different strengths of power, from Kill being the strongest to Will being the weakest (that's why he's enslaved and stuff)
Kill hates weak creatures so he picks on Will and ends up abusing him, emotionally, physically and sexually.
Bill (and the rest of the Cipher family) does nothing against it, mostly because he can't (the rest of the family doesn't care enough).
