Another thing I thought of while rewatching Part 1 for the umpteenth time was how I didn't really pay that much attention to Baron Zeppeli the first time I watched it. But when he basically said, "Jonathan, I swear to God, if you spill even a drop of my wine, we're done!" I realized he's arguably the most relatable character in the whole story arc.

i keep a thought to myself that Speedwagon would get so frustrated with Zeppeli sometimes when he wouldn't let him say something, so he'd use his secret strategy (saying the most absurd thing out loud without even thinking twice, creating such a tense atmosphere that it would ruin any conversation). This irritated Zeppeli, and Jonathan too.
