Felix "Yeah. You can tell Hu named him."

William "Do you have exercises tomorrow?"

Felix "We've got a few days scheduled for recovering, actually."

William "Why don't you stay here for the night, then? Breakfast benefits are included, of course."

Felix "Uh... thanks, but I'd rather go to my place."

William "Hmm. Is everything alright, son?"

Felix "Yeah... yeah. I just haven't slept well lately. The room still feels new, you know? But I'll only get used to it by sleeping there."

William "I see. Well, if you ever need to rest in a familiar place, the offer won't expire."

Felix "Thanks, dad. I'll come back tomorrow with Shay in any case, he gotta see the puppies. Sara wants to meet them, too."

Lot: Shipyard (Howl)

During the last round, Felix grew up into an adult and Hugo reached his teenage years, and then developed a crush on the first teen girl who talked to him.

Will did a good job keeping everyone fed and Jamie enjoyed the last of summer's warmth by napping on the hammock as much as he was able. Their dog Sadie established a friendship with the local wolf pack and played some with the beagle Atticus, too.

Between rounds, Felix moved to his own place with his best friend Sara and that saves me from recapping all the drama he created with the efficiency of a 20-year-old romance sim.

William "Thank you, Shay. Hm, there's something I'd like to know; I hope you don't mind me being frank."

William "Are you dating my son?"

Shay "I... guess we go on dates, sometimes?"

William "That's what I thought. I can tell that Felix likes you a lot."

Shay "He's always been friendly to me. We get along."

William He seems wary. Did I make him feel cornered? "I, uh, realize that might've sounded like I'm trying to intervene. That's not my intention... I'm glad that Felix has other things in his life than football."

Shay "I think it's admirable. How focused he is."

William "I couldn't be prouder of him, but I admit I've worried if he's missing something else while building his career. It's nice that it doesn't appear to be so."

Shay "..."

William "Oh, you must have better things to do than listening to old man's musings. Please, don't let me keep you-"

Shay "No, it's, um. With all respect, Mr. Howl... me and Felix aren't together. We're never going to be."

Hugo "Well, um, they finally got the school's AC fixed."

William "That's nice."

Hugo "And now it's freezing there, and they're trying to figure out how to turn it back off."

William "...Hmh. Right."

Hugo I can't be as sporty or popular as Felix, but I can play with my own strengths! Yeah, that's what I'll do! I'll charm Talia with my newly-found confidence and then she wants to be my girlfriend.

Just – *sigh* – I already promised to see Emil. I won't be able to charm Talia before tomorrow...

Hugo "Dad? Emil and his parents will be here soon. Do we have a dinner plan?"

Jamie "Don't worry, buddy. Will prepared salad, I just need to combine the ingredients. I should be able to do that much!"
