And that's day 28 for Nervous's peculiar family.
In order to lower his chances of becoming another zombie, Kennedy proposes to Willow, and she happily accepts.
Nervous becomes an elder. Age looks good on him.
William experiences his first pop.
Kennedy: So... magical woohoo, huh?
And sometimes Nervous can cast good spells, too, as an exception.
William says they should get new stuff for themselves, and so off Nervous goes to a clothing store. He establishes new connections, some good, some not so much, and of course, can't resist a hex or two.
Nervous: What a nice six-pack you have there. It would be such a shame if something... were to happen to it.
Seen in town: Newton Bell being hopelessly (literally) charmed by Zoe Ottomas. Sorry, Newt, she's already taken and likes girls.
The husbands go on a date to the recently opened Bella Museum. Ironically, its most popular part is the coffee shop where people discuss the alien abduction theory and socialize in general.
Nervous: I can't even see Will in this crowd. ._.
Nervous and William have been making some exciting plans that are gonna come to fruition now thanks to the magic potion Nervous brews for his hubby. That nursery isn't going to remain unused for long.
The Specter household is next. Late Olive's house desperately needs a makeover, so with a little help from a magic lamp that's been lying around for ages, renovations begin.
[In the meantime, I make some changes to the family members' previously randomized traits to better fit their actual, uh, lived experiences.]
Nervous: shy, adventurous, hydrophobic, perfectionist, evil;
Willow 2: absent-minded (for trying to get into a bath at any opportunity), loser, good, irresistible (she programmed it in herself), hopeless romantic;
William: charismatic, neurotic, unflirty, vegetarian, easily impressed;
Zombie named Joe: absent-minded (braaains), clumsy, gatherer, grumpy, unlucky.
