Anyway, there you go, I promise I will drop a proper art of him soon 😔
For those who don't know him... Yandere gardener ;)
Willie Ackerman, The strange boy who lives surrounded by plants but can't take his eyes off you.
Sometimes... he has to cut more than just weeds from his perfect garden, But that's because he's a great gardener! Right...?
Hi I want to give you this 🤲✨
Love you and your fic🌻🌻
Oh my gawd. Tysm, this is so awesome what witchcraft did you use to make my baby so fine 😭💓
Now I won't stop staring at it 👁️👁️
Do you have canon heights for your ocs in the glimmer stories?
Just curious but would also be good reference for drawing themXD
I'm really bad at deciding the exact heights of my characters but I decided to make this for the main boys because it was requested quite a bit. Besides... I think it will help me a little with my drawings as well.
Willie — cm: 165 (ft: 5' 4.96")
Kitchi — cm: 177 (ft: 5' 9.69")
Leroy — cm: 182 (ft: 5' 11.65")
Tim — cm: 170 (ft: 5' 6.93")
Priel — cm: 230 including his tail (ft: 7' 6.55")
Some characters have not yet been introduced yet.
I saw a very interesting scenario ask (don't know if it's your cup of tea)
What if your children saw a siren take their form to lure MC into the water?
It can be whoever you want, though I'm inclined to see Willie in this scenario (because he's my fav) and would be funny to see this scenario adapted to Priel too, like a siren would be probably a cousin of mer people and the siren is just trying to steal MC from him, like, where's the fair play?
I'm picking Willie, Priel and Lynn. I like this idea :)
Willie — The moment Willie sees the siren wearing his face, a cold, visceral rage unlike anything he’s ever felt freezes his blood. The creature is a perfect replica, down to the nervous way it tucks a strand of hair behind its ear, but its voice is a sickeningly sweet mimicry of his own, calling your name with a tenderness he reserves only for you.
He doesn't hesitate, he doesn't scream a warning. He simply starts walking toward the water, a deceptively calm stride. The siren, thinking its ruse is working, smiles with his lips and coos “Come on, just a little closer.”
Willie stops at the water's edge. He kneels, reaching out a hand. The siren's eyes gleam with triumph, reaching up to take it, kill him alongside you. In that instant, Willie's hand snaps forward not to take the siren's, but to latch onto the back of its head. With a strength born of pure, possessive fury, he shoves the creature's face underwater.
“It's a good face” Willie hisses, his voice low and dangerous as he holds the struggling siren down. “But you're wearing it wrong. You don't get to look at them with my eyes. You don't get to say their name with my voice.”
He doesn't stop until the thrashing ceases and the creature swims away. He stands up, splashing water from his pants, and turns to you, his expression instantly soft and worried. He runs to you, his smaller frame trembling as he wraps his arms around you. “Are you okay? Did it scare you? I'm sorry. I'm so sorry you had to see that.” His grip is iron-tight, a promise that he will annihilate anything that tries to take his place in your heart.
Priel — Priel feels the disturbance in the water long before he sees the siren. A wrongness, a cloying sweetness in the current that makes his gills flutter with disgust. When he surfaces and sees the siren wearing his own form, a shimmering, imperfect copy of his iridescent tail and serene features, he freezes.
He was raised on warnings about sirens, cousins of his kind, but twisted. They steal, they covet, they kill for pleasure. For a terrifying moment, he's a child again, feeling the fear of the deep. He watches the siren mimic his gentle smile, see it use his own soft gestures to lure you closer. The siren’s voice is a harmony of his own, seductive and wrong.
Then he sees the confusion on your face, the slight, hesitant step you take forward, not recognizing the deception. That breaks his trance.
No. Not them. Not ever in his life.
Priel surges through the water, he launches himself from the shallows. Not with his usual elegance, but with the coiled power of a mate defending what's his. He slams into the siren, his claws—usually gentle—raking across its borrowed face. The illusion shatters, revealing a gaunt, gray-skinned creature with hollow eyes. It shrieks in fury.
“You are not welcome here” Priel snarls, his voice a deep, resonant command that vibrates through the water. He places himself between you and the siren, his webbed hands splayed protectively, no longer unsure. “You have no claim. I will not let you drown my mate”
He doesn't kill it. He chases it back into the abyss with a fury that leaves the water churning in his wake, a clear message that his territory and his beloved are under his absolute protection. He may be kind, but don't mistake that for weakness. Priel would never let anyone take away what he loves most from him.
Lynn — Lynn is standing awkwardly by the water, too shy to hold your hand, when he sees it. His own reflection, but walking out of the water. The demon’s eyes widen, and a soft, terrified “N-no...” escapes his lips. He sees the siren, wearing his shy smile, gesturing for you to come closer. It’s an impossible situation, the embodiment of his deepest anxiety: a version of him that’s better, more confident, more deserving of your attention.
He shrinks back, his first instinct to disappear, to hide from this horror. But then he sees you take a step forward, and his heart feels like it's being crushed.
No. They chose me. They looked past my stammer and my darkness. This... this is wrong.
Something in his chest snaps. The shy, fidgeting boy is gone. In his place is a creature of barely contained shadow. The air around him drops several degrees, and the whites of his eyes shift to dark, empty void. He steps forward, and with each footfall, the ground beneath him darkens.
“I won't allow this” he says, his voice a hollow echo, stripped of all its usual hesitation. “You're just a copycat” He raises a hand, and shadows pool in his palm. "They chose me. Not a cheap replica."
The siren hisses, its voice mimicking Lynn's own terrified squeak to try and manipulate you, but Lynn is done being afraid. He unleashes a lance of pure shadow that pierces the siren's form, shattering the illusion in a burst of black ichor. The creature flees, wounded and shrieking, leaving Lynn standing alone, his chest heaving.
The shadows recede, and the shy boy is back. He turns to you, his eyes wide and apologetic, his hands trembling. “I'm s-sorry” he whispers, his voice fragile again. “I didn't mean to be scary. Are y-you okay? Please don't be afraid of me...” He's terrified you saw the monster inside him, but he'd let it out a thousand times to keep you safe again.
do you think it’d be possible to rank the yans out of how violent they are/can be? or would they all be the same when it comes to the lengths in which they would go for their mc.
Yah, they are all quite violent, but they have different levels of aggression.
Willie — Less violent, he finds very little pleasure in killing or getting his hands dirty. He wants to be surgical and quick so as never to arouse suspicion, just as he was taught.
Leroy — He's in the middle, he's not exactly violent but he enjoys when things get bloody. Thanks to years of isolation and slowly losing his sanity in a city full of people who are desperate and walking corpses he tries to have some fun with that. As if placing a happy filter over the misfortune and repugnant acts he commits.
Keitaro — The most violent of them, he was modified precisely for that purpose—to be a killing machine and obey the object he wants to protect. He enjoys breaking bones and cracking skulls because he's doing it for a purpose, for his darling, so why wouldn't he have fun while doing it?
Do you have any personal voice head canons for all your characters? I've always liked just reading and imagining what voice they'd sound like to me, but it's always so interesting when there's actually voice references too.
I don't have voice claims for all my characters cuz... they're a lot, and some of them I just don't have any VAs in mind. I tried tho 😭
