Posting a lil bit of my #legday from today. I was released to do cardio and lower body training and some light to moderate#upperbodyworkout but to limit wts on anything above head light to moderate wts. So it’s not a combacke from #surgery not even close because I WILL BE HAVING SURGERY AGAIN!!!! Yes you read it right! Surgery to right shoulder again because I fell down on shoulder 20 days post op (surgery December 6th ....fell December 26th )Had MRI done on the February 21st and got results on February 26th . Surgeon said I had a 1cm tear to supraspinatus tendon, most likely due to the fall I had. So looks like am looking at mid July for the surgery. In my the meantime I am going to strengthen my body to get it ready for yet another go at the injury to fix it again . Maybe this time my ass will stay down and not get hell bent in cleaning and cooking but just sit there like a lump of coal. Lesson learned I need to chill and not worry about what needs to get done and let it pile up like I know it will 😊👏🏻 #willnotthrowtrashout #needamaid #mothersworkisneverdone
